Our mission is to provide solid support and solutions to mechanical, plumbing, and industrial contractors in an effort for them to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Brad Rodges- President
Brad founded the company upon seeing a need in the market place for a turnkey mechanical insulation contractor who also had the capacity to handle additional services such as heat trace, Containment services, and Construction Make Ready needs. Brad’s experience over the past 27 years has been on the “buying” side as a Commercial/Industrial Mechanical Contractor. Brad’s passion stems from planning and creating solutions on projects with tough logistics, strict timelines, and critical environments.
Salomon (Sal) Calderon- Production Manager
Sal handles overall responsibility for manpower coordination between jobs all across the state of Texas. He is a great mentor, friend, and leader of our field forces!
